About Trista Miller
I am an unabashedly vocal advocate for the customer experience. I helped pioneer the development of a Customer Experience program and gained high-level executive buy-in across the company to invest in and prioritize customer experience improvements. Through my team, we completed deep-dives into data, executive presentations, journey-mapping across all customer touch-points, and provided persistent, consistent exposure of customer pain-points to senior leadership. I built a strategic customer experience consulting and project management team from scratch, designed frameworks for analysis and project execution as well as helped the company adopt a customer-first philosophy. I am evangelizing the importance of the customer experience at an ultra-low cost airline. On the weekends, I spend my time cheering on two athletic daughters as they dominate on the basketball court or camping in the beautiful Rocky Mountains of Colorado.
