Erica Dorosin is Director of Client Marketing at Arise and true CX enthusiast. Having started as a Federal Government consultant working on massive programs like the IT standup of US Embassy Baghdad and the Department of Defense’s Military Leadership Diversity Commission, Erica moved into CX services in 2012.

Today, she is responsible for building brand promotion and awareness of The Arise® Platform and the power of GigCX. As a thought leader, she has developed highly recognized pieces including Futureproofing Customer Growth with Virtual-first Care and a series of 15-min masterclasses including Overcoming the Labor Shortage and Elevating NPS through Agent Satisfaction.
