About Tracey Nyholt
Tracey Nyholt, Founder and CEO, is not just an expert in the specialized field of Identity and Access Management (IAM), she is also a black belt in martial arts. Martial artists constantly refine themselves to make their movements as simple and effective as possible. TechJutsu applies the same continuous improvement principles to our IAM practice.
Tracey noticed that companies were offering one piece of the IAM puzzle, but nobody offered a complete solution from start to finish. She decided to create a company that does IAM end-to-end, from designing custom IAM solutions and providing training for the system's users to maintaining IAM solutions, including our Caller Verify solution that brings secure identity verification to the call center.
Communication is foundational to Tracey's approach. Technology companies fail because they don’t communicate what they do in a way that prospects can comprehend. Her strength in communication ensures that any client information is clear and written at a level that can be understood at a glance.
