Call & Contact Center Post Show Release!



The Call & Contact Center Expo launched on the 16th of March at the Las Vegas Convention Center and provided attendees with TWO full days of 200+ innovative suppliers, 300+ insightful seminars, and unlimited potential with exclusive networking, and learning opportunities!

Event director Dalton Howell, opened the show doors with a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Vegas Chamber of Commerce, VP of Corporate Partnerships, Sallie Doelber. Thousands of attendees entered the doors ready to network, learn, and develop new business connections within the customer engagement, and cybersecurity industry. The Call & Contact Center Expo triumphed in bringing together CX industry pioneers, IT executives, customer engagement directors, and more to discuss the latest solutions and strategies to better drive customer experience and support!The Keynote lineup hosted executives from Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Zoom, Wayfair, Gladly, and more! The theater was packed on both days as attendees filled the seats at the stage to hear Keynote speakers deliver transformative information, news, and trends on key aspects in the customer engagement world that separate them from their competition.The featured VIP Networking Lounge sponsored by Singlecomm provided a lucrative hub for exhibitors, speakers, and suppliers to discuss invaluable industry insights in person. At the show, Singlecomm demonstrated to attendees how they can get the most affordable cloud-native CCaaS solution available while enjoying live magic and refreshments.Attendees who signed up for an educational masterclass were able to learn all about cloud communications, and how to use data insights to identify opportunities and drive improvements to increase ROI. While our attendees sat to learn at a masterclass or listen to a keynote seminar, all others wandered the show floor utilizing our Technology Trail to locate the best and newest technology our exhibitors had to offer. Attendees left the show full of ideas, and inspiration, ready to bring the newest customer experience insights and solutions to their company.
