Winners from the Industry Awards!

At this year's Call & Contact Center Expo at the Las Vegas Convention Center, we were thrilled to dive into this year’s finalists and winners with our Industry Awards. Some of our outstanding suppliers at the expo were recognized for their proven talent in communication, innovative solutions, and ground-breaking products in customer support and experience. These awards recognized those who are breaking boundaries across the different sectors of the customer engagement and cybersecurity industry.

Our finalists are visited by a group of expert judges during the show that reviews the finalists based on their unique selling proposition, unparalleled solutions, and global reach. Three awards were up for grabs at this year’s event: Security Solution of the Year, Engagement Solution of the Year, and Best Communications Provider.

The finalists selected for the Security Solution of the Year award were Eckoh, PCIpal, and Cyber Protection. This award credits the importance of compliance and trust within customer contact, support and experience to protect customer and internal information. It is open for providers of secure payments, data security, and storage solutions in addition to other numerous security methods and tools.

And we are proud to present the Security Solution Provider of the Year award to Eckoh!!The finalists selected for the Engagement Solution of the Year award were RingCentral, Airkit, and Singlecomm. This award recognizes the challenges faced in employee and customer engagement - from workforce management and gamification to customer management technology. The company that demonstrates an innovative and proven method, service or product that results in exemplary engagement solutions.

And we are proud to present the Engagement Solution of the Year award to Airkit!!

The finalists selected for the Best Communications Provider of the Year award were Ozonetel, Broadvoice, and Zoom. This award celebrates the potential that unified communication solutions can have in improving business innovation, profitability, collaboration, and customer experience.
