The Quality Assurance & Training Connection
The Quality Assurance & Training Connection (QATC) is an organization devoted to facilitating education, sharing of ideas, and distribution of knowledge among quality assurance and training professionals in the call center. QATC provides its membership with many benefits, including member-only access to the QATC website; e-mail Tip of the Week; quarterly newsletters with articles written by industry experts; regional networking meetings; free online trainings; free quarterly web seminars; and an annual conference. Membership in QATC is available to anyone in the quality assurance, training, or related profession.
