Showing up for the industry: A post-show breakdown on breakthroughs
It was a breakthrough week for the contact center industry. At the Call & Contact Center Expo in
Las Vegas, SingleComm was thrilled to gather with other leaders in the space to share insights,
advances, and outlooks for advancing customer satisfaction and fueling business growth.
We were delighted to have received a warm reception not only for our keynote presentation and
live magic shows, but also for the launch of some exciting new products and features.
We enhanced our omnichannel solution to optimize agent-client interactions and improve cross-
channel real-time reporting. We introduced a new app store that unites all of our drag-and-drop
solutions in one convenient location to increase speed to market and improve customer
engagement. We also created an agent-friendly user interface with options for customization
and a powerful drag-and-drop IVR builder to shield sensitive information, enhance security
protocols, and accelerate read-back verification with our unique AI transcription capability.
Perhaps our biggest news was our TAS launch. The industry’s first true cloud TAS platform and
the only TAS solution with fully integrated voice and omnichannel, our TAS product is the
market’s most complete, robust offering. We couldn’t be more proud of this product–and the
team who developed it.
We were gratified by the positive feedback we received about the platform’s customized
scripting, automated dispatching, integrated suite of digital channels, business intelligence tools,
and proprietary migration support.
With true cloud architecture featuring built-in PCI, SOC2, and HIPAA compliance and the power
to eliminate the need for softphones, VPNs, and remote desktop servers, our TAS solution lets

It was an amazing show, made even more amazing by the friends we connected with, the new
partnerships we’ve made, and the ones we hope to make in the future. We’re already looking
