Las Vegas Covid Protocols

Welcome back Las Vegas is open and ready to welcome everyone back to business, entertainment and more without restrictions involving capacity limits and large gatherings. The Call & Contact Center Expo is committed to the safety and well being of all of guests, attendees and staff. The expo will abide by all state rules and regulations but advise all visitors to practice what is best for their personal safety.

Effective Feb. 10, 2022, the State of Nevada has lifted mask mandates, including in resorts and casinos, restaurants, bars, showrooms and meeting spaces. Masks are still recommended for individuals who are not fully vaccinated, those with underlying health conditions and in healthcare facilities.

Attendees to the Call & Contact Center Expo are not required to wear masks but should take necessary health and safety precautions in regards to personal well being. Masks are still required on all public transportation and transportation hubs per CDC guidance.
